Breakfast was very basic, but that is what we paid for ! At least there was a coffee machine !

Barry, the proprietor was very helpful and informative about Rotorua, its places of interest, Sulphur Point, the Redwoods, etc., and Eat Street. The bedroom was pleasant and the bed very comfortable. In the high temperature the small swimming pool was very welcome.
