Awesome location. Walks nearby through Māori area and along lake and gardens stunning. House was so spacious and designed well for all to have their own space. Hot tub fabulous as was the view.

The property ran down to the lake which was very scenic. It was within walking distance of the town centre and many of Rotorua's attractions. The thermal heated pool was delightful.

There wasn't anything not to like about this house. Location, Lakefront view, plenty of beds, warm and Cosy. The thermal spa options were a treat. It was perfect for our ladies group.

Easy access using door code.... the facility was clean, and the location was very convenient to the places we visited.

Distance to the centre of town. Gorgeous views of the lake (bit mucky to swim) and after filling the thermal pool we had a very enjoyable hot water spa looking out over the lake. Plenty of room throughout.

The house is in a perfect location, very well set up for family groups. The hot tub was great as the weather wasn’t the best when we arrived. The house was warm when we arrived which was lovely as it was cold outside!
