Good location. Staff were friendly and we were given an ice cream on arrival which was a nice touch. We also didn’t realise we had access to the pool in the neighbouring hotel. We did use but not for long as it wasn’t our thing. The room was comfortable but slightly worn. Great value compared to the surrounding options.

Breakfast a bit bland however lots of nice eateries/dining options to eat out are close by. Lovely staff. Free laundry and car parking is a bonus!

Place was great. Easy walk to shops and around town/lake. Great pressure in the shower. Breakfast was pretty ordinary and was exactly the same everyday we were there. Unfortunately we were disappointed that we were not told that we could use the pool and restaurant facilities of the Novotel which was connected with the ibis.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed room with lovely view of the lake. Quite room - must have good sound proofing.
