Absolutely fantastic, location is key. Great for kids and right by the Zorb and Luge. Staff were amazing, rooms daily serviced and cleaned top to bottom. Playground and animals were great for our 3 year old to run around in. Will be coming back for our future Rotorua trips

Location - Great. Rooms - Amazing and staff upgraded us to the deluxe spa rooms for free!! Absolutely legendary. Have stayed here 2 years in a row. Will be back again for a 3rd next year

Modern room (there’s one new and one old block and we were fortunate to be placed in the new one), calm surroundings (again the new block is way further from the road).

Could smell the cleanliness when you walked into the room. Comfortable beds very good sized rooms, and a playground for the children on site good value for money! The photos online do not do this place justice. Beautiful little place.

The grounds are lovely, and the alpaca and sheep are faves for the kids. The standard units are a reasonable size to comfortably fit a family of 4 for a short stay. The deluxe units are more than comfortable, so worth the extra $$$ if staying longer.

Nice stay, indeed. Our children loved the playground, especially the jumping area. Kitchenette was handy to prepare a quick meal. Lots of beds to choose from.

Very clean. Only 10 min drive into town yet no sulphur smell. Great facilities and adorable alpacas and a sheep in the background garden.

The location was perfect for us, just down the road from Mitai Maori Village, where we spent one of our evenings. The room was excellent with everything we needed to cater for ourselves, and a comfortable bed. The resident animals were a nice addition. Convenient parking outside the room.

Bedroom is spacious and with a bathtub in the bathroom. Good they have a heater too.
