Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Dinner was fine dining (with personal attention from chef but that was perhaps because it was a Monday evening) with two extra courses thrown in.

Absolutely beautiful property! Extremely elegant, beautifully furnished, wonderful staff and fabulous food! Beautiful sculptures in the grounds … with lovely birds , lots of bunny rabbits and alpacas too - glorious! Cannot fault it in anyway - just superb!

Very quaint hotel over looking late Rotorua. Very friendly staff. Stayed for dinner which was delicious and would recommend.

This was a last minute booking as the hotel we had booked was terrible. The staff where fanatic, it was my wife's birthday and I happened to mention this in passing the staff brought us a bottle of wine the evening we checked in with a little birthday note. Then the following day they brought us a brownie with a candle and sang happy birthday!!!! This really made our day the staff went above and beyond. The hotel was very nice rooms where very nice and clean.

Such a beautiful hotel. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. The spa, sauna and pool were so lovely. We had dinner at the restaurant and had such a great meal and breakfast was great too. The grounds are beautiful and the surrounding scenery! Would definitely stay here again!
