This was by far the best accommodation on our trip so far (hotels, apartments, B & Bs). The home is five minutes outside of central Rotorua, so you need your car, but that is the case everywhere in Rotorua. There is parking on the property the room was very comfortable, the beds were the bed was excellent, the bathroom very light and spacious. The best thing was it was so clean I felt like I was in my own home. In the morning we had breakfast in the dining room, finely presented and very good espresso. Our hosts were friendly.

Fantastic hosts, lovely room, great location. Shami and Dave were so lovely, and welcomed me to their home and their gorgeous cats. They made lots of space available, beyond just my room. Breakfast was excellent. And I had dinner there on two nights and Shami is a fantastic cook. Far too much food haha.

Nice to have shared kitchenette with fridge. Also fun to use hot tub with view to valley. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to meet other travelers.

My son and me stayed 1 day in this elegant vila while our road trip. Everything was ok. The owners were very friendly, kindly and welcoming! Our room was at first floor, full furnished, comfortable, quiet and an awesome view. Perfect Breakfast! Highly recommended!!
