Well equipped motel. The facilities are good with 2 trampolines, BBQ tables and 2 thermal mineral pools on site open until 10pm. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable which is more important to me. The only thing is that the mattresses are too soft. Will stay again if returning to Rotorua

Whenever I need to stay in Rotorua overnight for work. Cleveland Motel is always my first choice. Warm friendly greeting, on arrival. All rooms have everything you need for your stay. Close to CBD, plenty of parking. Nice heated pool Most definitely recommend staying here 👌

I liked the heated pool, the thermal hot pool, clean accommodation, comfy beds, security, and transparency around rules and guidelines for all guests during our stay.

I have said it many times. It would love to spend more nights at this motel. Cheerful receptionist stood at work 30 min longer, because our flight was delayed, so she could do check-in with us end explain everything. Lovely pool, cozy room, Surpassed my expectations!

Hosts were very friendly, I'd stay here again just because it felt so hospitable. Room was very spacious and clean. It was nice to have the continental breakfast ready to go in the fridge as well! Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked well-maintained and not very busy.
