- Really really sweet and caring host - Great location - Very spacious - Confortable beds - A/C - Fast WiFi - Really clean even though it looks old - Has everything you need for cooking - Nice small terrace that gives on the garden - Quiet - Parking included

Nice clean, comfortable bedding. Interior of rooms are tidy and clean. Great cooling/ heating options. Nice choice of cups and plates. Overall, not a bad price and stay for a family of five - with two teenage boys. Relatively quiet and not too far from.the centre. Good value.

Great location service is great always welcomed with a big smile from the owner, yes the place is due for a bit of an upgrade but it's still good nothing fancy it just feels so welcoming.... Will use this place every time were in Rotorua... aaa+++

The room was exactly what we needed, good size and had sky in the room so we could watch the rugby. The owner is awesome and even helped up park the vehicle as we have quite a large vehicle:
