Always friendly greeting. Arrived in plenty of time to nip to the bar for a cheeky larger before geting ready for our Christmas party night.

Good value but could do with a touch of paint and a bit of a refurbish- but it was nice and warm and clean - for £65 it was close to where I was staying and ok for one night - I found the reception staff friendly and welcoming but the cleaning staff were a bit hasty and knocked on my room before the expected departure time but she did apologise for this.

No frills but a good base from which to visit family. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was right outside and spaces were always available. This was our second visit and won't be our last.
