Sharon “Romantic stay in Rothenberg ob der Tauber...old walled German town”
The breakfast was wonderful. It is what you would expect in Germany...meat, cheese, etc. I especially loved the granola they serve here with nuts. And the jams were wonderful. We drove in for Christmas market. This hotel had parking available on site. That is rarer and we considered ourselves very lucky to have this available to us. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was spotless. The charm of this place goes without saying. We enjoyed walking the ramparts of this old walled town. Shopping was also great. They have some shops selling etchings and of course many focused on Christmas products. This is a place not to be missed.

The guesthouse was in a fabulous location - in the old part of the city. it was close to cafes and restaurants and shops, as well as to the towers and the city wall. The room was very comfortable and a great size for a solo traveler. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of variety and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was amazing, with a spectacular view of the Plonlein. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was large and varied...local flair. Attached restaurant is amazing!
