perfect location right in the old town. Comfortable warm room with great views. WiFi is a bit average. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of food and a very nice waitress. The restaurant is amazing as well. Great food and great service . Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in the old city, in walking distance of all attractions and services such as restaurants and shops. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Garage facilities for parking the car.

The breakfast was wonderful. It is what you would expect in Germany...meat, cheese, etc. I especially loved the granola they serve here with nuts. And the jams were wonderful. We drove in for Christmas market. This hotel had parking available on site. That is rarer and we considered ourselves very lucky to have this available to us. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was spotless. The charm of this place goes without saying. We enjoyed walking the ramparts of this old walled town. Shopping was also great. They have some shops selling etchings and of course many focused on Christmas products. This is a place not to be missed.

The location couldn't be better. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The room was enormous and despite being a bit dated was really clean. They have a garage close to the property.

The location inside the walled city is perfect, safe underground parking. a pleasant welcome from the staff. Very nice room and very clean. Comfortable beds.

A very comfortable and clean place with a great central location and very kind staff. An indoor parking is available on request with direct access from the hotel. Nice restaurant.

An amazingly wonderful breakfast. Perfect location, right in centre. Super comfortable bed. Accommodating staff when arriving after check-in time close. Spacious room.
