It suited the purpose of our visit to Rosyth (funeral) perfectly. Location could not be better.Hotel basic but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast fine. Staff accommodating and cheerful.

The breakfast was the worst brrakfast I’ve experienced in a hotel. The food items were of very cheap quality. The tea/coffee was cold, items were not kept replenished. There was one member of staff taking orders, serving and clearing tables, she was lovely and most apologetic for time taken to get food.

The hosts were extremely friendly, recommending places for us to visit during our stay and having a general friendly chat. Also complimenting my car which put a smile on my face. The breakfast was also very nice!

The staff were friendly,the room was warm and cosy the breakfasts were served fresh the hotel was very clean and in a good spot all in all well worth a visit and id return again
