Rosemarie “Fantastic B&B in Rosslare”

Fantastic B&B very near to Rosslare Ferry Port. The room had just been refurbished and decorated tastefully and was very comfortable, the bathroom was very modern and to a very high standard. The restaurant was closed but we were able to bring our own food into the lounge and had access to the free tea and coffee. The breakfast was an extra cost and had to be pre booked the night before, but it was reasonably priced and very tasty. The best thing about this B&B were the staff, they went out of their way to make our staff comfortable and gave a great Irish welcome to all their guests.

Our second visit to this superb B&B, and it did not disappoint. Very close to the ferry for our early morning sailing back to the UK. The welcome we received was great and it felt like we were staying with friends. A truly lovely experience and I will be recommending to friends and family who travel to Ireland.

It has been refurbished since last year to a high standard. Silly things like we had to move the desk to use the power sockets are a design fault that needs to be addressed. Beds are a little soft but that’s a personal preference . Lovely big shower. Towels are very thin and no bin in main room. Overall though a big improvement on last year

We liked the clean fresh and modern. The bed was comfortable. It is very convenient for The Dock for food. Being able to get good coffee before 7am rather than not nice instant coffee usually in the room was great although being on the ground floor this made it easy.

Excellent location...2 minute drive to the ferryport for our early-morning ferry the next day. Room was warm, cosy & spotlessly clean, the whole property having been recently renovated. Relaxing ambience with candles & pot-pourri in the lobby, also low-lighting. Warm & cosy guest lounge. Complimentary tea/coffee available in breakfast room.
