The breakfast was very good and the staff were very pleasant. The location was perfect for visiting Ross-On-Wye. The Hope and Anchor is very nearby where you can enjoy a meal and drinks in wonderful surroundings!

A warm welcome from the owner who was friendly and helpful. A freshly cooked tasty breakfast was enjoyed in a cosy and pleasant dining room. The location not far from the M50 was perfect for an overnight stop on a journey but could also make a good base for exploring the Ross on Wye area.

The welcome was pleasant and showed up to room reserved which was clean warm all facilities available. Arranged to have evening meal which was cooked by the owner. Good breakfast in the morning. Guided us to local shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at Castle Lodge, our room was lovely with a stunning view of the river Wye and Ross in the distance. We stayed in for the evening meal, the food quality is excellent ,I had the best fillet steak ever, and of course the breakfasts are superb. Steve and Georgina are wonderful hosts, freindly and welcoming. Highly recommend a stay here.
