the location was amazing, the views were stunning, and it was like something out of a fairytale story book. The breakfast was great, and we feel that all tastes were catered for. There was a restaurant nearby which had amazing food and service.

Spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. All we needed was included and easy to use. We cooked a meal and enjoyed the welcoming liquor and fresh bread. Allana met us and we has a pleasant chat. Loved the setting in the garden and view over the river.

This property is clearly a labour of love for the owners, who have put a lot of thought into designing a luxuriously furnished and comfortable studio apartment that shares a garden with their own home. There were lots of personal touches such as a note left for me and my partner that addressed us by our names. The food left out for breakfast was exceptional - fresh baked bread on the first day, plus milk, yoghurt, cereal, honey and more. I am fussy about my haircare products, but the shampoo and conditioner provided were lovely and sweet smelling, as was the soap. The owners took sustainable living seriously and had a waste water recycling system installed. We were entranced to see wild pademelons feeding in the garden. The rural setting was charming, and we were well positioned to explore northern Tasmania. Which has the fluffiest wombats imaginable!
