Reasonable location if you want to be in Roseau. Light and airy breakfast room. Delicious fruit for breakfast. Next to excellent car rental Courtesy. Reasonably priced and tasty dinner

This guest house give you to feel like home, the owners help you in every question and need. The place is simple but clean, the room with the balcony have nice view. The breakfast have a lot of fruits and fare enough.

Nice and friendly staff who always have your comfort and wellbeing in mind. Room and bathroom were impeccable with AC and there was a coffee corner to make your own coffee or tea (also a microwave which I did not use), furniture a bit outdated though. Breakfast offers all basics: toast, jam, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, coffee/tea, cereals, milk, etc. But the highlight was the fresh fruit buffet every morning with a wide choice of tropical fruits, so good!

Phil & Carol were wonderful hosts and so very very helpful. Really made us feel at home and made sure we were comfortable. The food was 10/10 amazing. One of our rooms didn't have a fridge but there is a large fridge in the reception area, that was literally the only point we could raise. We would highly recommend.

The breakfast was very good with the opportunity to add extras e.g. bacon, fried plantain etc. The coffee was excellent, The garden was very well maintained - beautiful flowers and plants. Very peaceful area. The pond was my favourite. well designed with a number of fish. I have to mention that the bed was very comfortable - we both had two good nights sleep after busy days. Last but not least, a thank you to the staff for a warm welcome and making us feel at home. Cheney especially was very attentive and provided excellent service in the restaurant and the front desk. The shuttle from the airport is worth making use of. The driver is very knowledgeable and the drive from the airport was comfortable and informative. Thank you St. James

Modern, spacious, nicely decorated rooms, great location- very central, amazing staff- super helpful and friendly. Overall very satisfied with it all.
