Location, access, parking. Food choices. Access to large pool and gym. Manager was very solution focused and did more to resolve a concern then was expected.

Rooty Hill Club, bowling, gym, pools & parking all less than a minute or two walk from the Novotel. Westfield a 5 minute drive.

The room was amazingly spacious. Room and all facilities, bathrooms etc were eaceptionally clean! The staff were fantastic and so friendly .

So close the Gymnastics place. Also close to bowling centre and food outlets. Enjoyed the free parking too.

The location is easy access to M7 for us. The beds are the most comfortable I've been in. The customer service is always good and Front Desk Lani has the biggest smile to welcome you. Thank you.

Hotel was good and staff very accomodating but the property is a bit of a distance away from things. West HQ club is next door but on a Tuesday night there was only one eating place open and a basic bar. We went back to hotel and had a nice meal and cocktail there. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel is a good choice if you are in the area for a reason maybe sports or business
