Sleeping on one large bed is a different experience to sleeping on 2 small beds joined together, which is what was offered in the “deluxe” room. The description on the listing is misleading. Other than that, everything was as described.

Have not reviewed my invoice, despite being promised that Nicholas will email to me. The toilet window does not lock, was reported but not been repaired. No iron in the room, had to request. Otherwise was not a bad place to stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Serene Place. The property is beautiful - you're surrounded by nature with so many birds to admire. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The Wifi was strong and the aircon worked well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We hope to be back in sunnier weather to enjoy the pool!

The property was exactly what we saw from the pictures and what we expected. It has a very beautiful garden outside and the rooms are very spacious. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. When we needed assistance, Obed was only a call away.
