The staff was kind, there was surprisingly ac and fan unlike other places at this price having none. Fridge is provided but no water or amenities for morning tea or coffee.tv with YouTube and Google. The owner was so kind to share a universal charger when I was stuck with mine not knowing the kind of sockets used in SA
