When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Breakfast is served with personalized attention at the table, our breakfast is a simple and complete tasting that unites the tradition of old-fashioned breakfast with the demands of healthy nutrition, making this time of day something relaxed and special.Breakfast is a nod to the Serranía de Ronda and its crops, we offer a buffet of cereals: wheat, corn, oats and a mix of dried fruits, dehydrated fruits and seeds. We also offer a selection of organic honeys from different areas of the mountains: (orange blossom, chestnut, milflores) and of course we invite you to try our homemade seasonal fruit jams.As a tribute to the olive grove of the Molino we serve it on a natural olive wood board treated with olive oil. The star of the breakfast is our early harvest AOVE Molino del Arco of the Hojiblanca variety, with its characteristic intense and slightly spicy flavor that evokes a young and vibrant fruit.Along with our olive oil, the assortment of breads is the basis of the Serrano breakfast. Made in a local bakery in the town of Cuevas del Becerro, they are sourdough and slow fermentation breads. We present: typical "mollete malagueño", slice of seed bread and slice of hard wheat bread "recio de Ronda" (a variety of cereal recovered by local farmers). Completing the triad of Extra Virgin and bread, we offer a slice of Iberian ham. The portions of semi-cured payoya goat cheese (native breed of the area) bring us the flavors of the Sierra de Grazalema. The grated natural tomato, the homemade yogurt and the selection of freshly cut fruits are the necessary supplement of a Mediterranean diet. As a typical sweet from Ronda we present a portion of torta de aceite (typical pastry of the area made with almonds and aniseed). All this accompanied by coffee, tea, infusions, animal milk, vegetable drink, freshly squeezed natural orange juice and a variety of egg preparations (scrambled, fried, soft-boiled, boiled) accompanied by slices of roasted tomato and crispy bacon.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Beautiful location in the countryside, with easy access by car to Ronda. Tasteful decor. Extra kind and helpful staff who gave us practical info about Ronda, as well as our onward destinations. They really made us feel at home. The on-site restaurant was excellent, good local dishes and wine selection. We chose the half board option for our 2 night stay and loved it.

Hotel Molino del Arco is a 15-minute drive north of Ronda. You'll need a car and GPS to get there. Leaving the main road, you'll take a narrow, sometimes unpaved road. The hotel is set in the countryside, with beautiful views over the valley and mountains. It is a converted almazara, an olive oil mill. The Spanish word almazara comes from the Arabic al-mas'sara, meaning to extract. Centuries-old olive trees and vines surround the hotel building. The family that owns the hotel still produces olive oil. The accommodation is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated, built hacienda style around a beautiful inner courtyard. We had two connecting double rooms. There's a large swimming pool for an afternoon dip after visiting touristy Ronda. The hotel has a large shady garden. We made friends with a young black cat adopted by the hotel, called Oreo. All the staff were friendly and professional. The multilingual reception staff were warm and friendly, offering service in English, French and Spanish, of course. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel serves Spanish cuisine for dinner, which is rare in hotels these days, if you don't want to drive at night to Ronda. Molino del Arco comes highly recommended. Don't rush your stay at this lovely place, try to spend at least three nights to enjoy a quiet break from the hectic life. And they have reliable Wi-Fi too.

Staff were excellent - very friendly. Hotel common areas and grounds (incl pool with fab views) superb. Very good restaurant, great food. Just as well as hotel at the end of a long remote track so you don't want to be driving to a restaurant.
