Great location, amazing view. Roof terrace definitely a highlight. But, it was a shame you couldn't eat out there - it was only a limited bar snack menu. If you wanted a proper meal you had to eat in the restaurant. Staff were lovely. Family room was massive and very comfortable with a huge bathroom.

Great location in the city center next to the Plaza de Toros. Beautiful hotel on the inside, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We had a family room which was very big. Parking is not too far away.

The bedroom was very nice, bathroom was great size, including shower and bath. Really lovely facilities, enormous comfy bed. black out curtains were great too. Breakfast is excellent

Great customer service!! I had to change my dates due to a family emergency. Staff were helpful and kind . Thank you for that it meant a lot at a difficult time for me.

Everything. This was the most special stay we have ever enjoyed & we have been travelling for over 40 yrs. From check in to check out the staff were so accommodating & attentive. They park your car for you too. The location is exceptional - overlooking the bullring saves an excursion. Such a dreamy view from the roof top bar. You can walk to all attractions & tapas bars within minutes. The room was spacious & offered all facilities for a luxury stay. The staff were incredible. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - it would be my go too if we visit Ronda again
