The location is fantastic for the train station and the shops/clinics in South Street. This location definitely has a taste of Hilton luxury. I received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff who were very helpful. The room was small but had everything I needed, it’s not a negative at all. My room was tastefully decorated and had a very comfy bed. The modern luxury shower room had a rain shower I didn’t want to get out of and nice toiletries I made good use of. In my opinion this is a great hotel and a genuine surprise is how nice it is. I’m unexpectedly returning to Romford next week and I’ve booked to stay here again. I’m looking forward to it.

Design on the room was lovely. Bathroom was fully equipped with everything you need (great if you forgot anything) Bed was super comfy. TV was great too! Free decent WiFi which you do not find these days.
