Everything!!! Wonderful stay, exceeded expectations. Great location, colloseum down the street. Termini station close by. Staff are smiley, attentive & hard working. Breakfast was always delicious.

The property was central - Colosseum just a short walk away for example - and close to the metro station and bus stop. The rooms were spotless with good air conditioning and the staff running the property was exceptional. Breakfast was included - bread, ham, cheese, melba toast, yogurt and a variety of preserves and butter. Not to mention fruit and tea/coffee. We had to ask them not to give us so much! There were also nice touches such as sweets on the pillow and cleansing lotion and cotton pads in the bathroom. There was even a turn down service. They kindly let us leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. When we went to collect it they had discovered I had left my charger in the room and it was waiting on top of my case.

Very clean & tidy room with plenty of room. Great location but still quiet at night. Amazing (big) breakfast selection with nice coffee. Friendly staff.

Communication with Zefiro Home before stay very helpful and responses quick. Receptionist went out of her way to ensure we had breakfast items we liked. Obtainted a taxi for us at aero busy time so we were not late to our reception.
