It is very close to Coloseium. The hotel is very clean. The room is cleaned every day. The staff is great. Before we arrived, he called me a few times to make sure he is there to welcome us. Gave us information about the hotel & room. Very nice & helpful as all the Italians.

The room was really nice, had everything we needed and well situated. The air conditioning was super silent, beds were very comfortable, spacious bathroom. Federico was very friendly and kind, kept in touch to make sure we were having a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super helpful and kind, the room was quiet and peaceful, really dark at nights. The beds were comfortable. The localization was great, so if you don't plan to stay in the room too much of a day, I recommend this place.

The location is excellent. It is 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Public transport in Rome isn't very good, so staying at a central place is a huge advantage. The room was really clean and spacious. There is a hot water jug in the room. There is a shared kitchen in the apartment. I liked the coffee machine in the kitchen. There were free coffee tubs every morning. We had our own bathroom. There was plenty of hot water.

The location is excellent next to the Coliseum, and it's great that there is an option to leave luggage after check-out. .

Easy to locate the property. It’s in between 2 Metro stations. You can either go to Colosseo (Line B) station or Manzoni Museo (Line A). Walking distance to most of the attractions. Clean and staff really friendly. Appreciate for the hospitality by Emanuele and Federico. They make it easy for me to make payment by card.
