The hotel facilities , including the room itself are modern, well designed and super clean. The staff are the best - helpful, cordial, and just give you the feeling that you are so welcome.

. Best location, just 5' walk from the Spanish steps. Great venue and team, in line with your expectations from a W hotel. Beautiful rooftop with a pool, which was closed for the winter .

Very cozy rooms. Our room had a large TV located right in the front of the bed, it was convenient to watch movies and YouTube while lying and eating right in bed. The location is very good - cozy streets near the hotel are quiet (not all hotels in the center of Rome can boast of this). 10 minutes and you are on the Spanish Steps. On the other side, the huge Villa Borghese park is within walking distance. There is a swimming pool on the roof, a beautiful view and you can have a little snack. Dinner in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The courtyard with a bar is as pleasant as the bar in the room downstairs.

The facilities/location staff were excellent and will stay again if I come to Rome. The only problem was the smell in the shower - it smelt like the drains weren't working properly on level 3 especially in the shower cubicle. Beautiful property , delicious breakfasts and fantastic staff.

I had a great experience at the W Rome. First of all, the hotel is beautiful. The social areas and the room are very well decorated, very modern. The room is large, beautiful and very comfortable. The service was exceptional from the entire team. The breakfast was delicious. We had dinner at two of the restaurants, once at Pizza and once at Gianno and both were delicious. The hotel has a very young and sophisticated vibe. The bed is very comfortable, the products (soaps etc) are excellent too! I would like to highlight Martina who was very helpful and polite. It was my birthday and she organized a wonderful cake, it was a unique experience! I thank the entire W team for the wonderful stay.

The stuff makes the stay there, I would like to thank the Rafaella Scalogna who made our stay there better than it could be. Good attention to details and to guests Location is amazing, you will hardly find any better The hotel itself leaves a good aftertaste and makes you want to come back soon If you're choosing between Corner Room and Studio Suite it's worth to pay more and get a studio suite. Highly recommend Absolutely worth to visit it. For us there is no reason to look for another hotel during our next visit in Rome

The location is excellent, we can walk to everywhere. The rooms are nicely done, modern with an excellent taste, it is not overly decorated. We are particularly grateful that the hotel lets us check into one of the two rooms earlier, so we can catch up some sleep after a long intercontinental flight. This is really a service we did not expect, so thank you so much!
