The hotel is located on a quiet street, away from busy areas in Rome. Very clean, classy, beautiful veranda and patio, good breakfast. I really liked having books available, only wished I had time to enjoy a quiet time reading. The room was nice, comfortable bed. They offer complimentary slippers that is rare nowadays, really useful for tired feet after a long day wandering through Rome’s streets and museums! The hotel also has few parking spots that can be booked for a reasonable price. Staff is very nice and accommodating, overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Lovely breakfast. Not a huge choice of restaurants in the immediate area. Short walk to Metro station. Beautiful veranda to sit out.

The staff at the villa are professional and extremely kind. They all went beyond usual service throughout my whole stay. This is the service I have experienced in 5 star boutique hotels. I had a project to finish and the hotel gave me a full office support without charge. Breakfast is delicious in the charming dinning room. The rooms are comfortable and private. The villa is my new Roma home away from home.

The building - originally a villa. Heater in the huge and comfortable shower room. It is situated near a few embassies so there were armed forces standing guard at the junction leading to the hotel -it feels safe! I asked for boiled water from the cafe to make my drinks in the room.
