Very nice location, parking paid, but very safe, not a very good breakfast, the rooms are clean and safe, but not so much spacious, the WI-FI with certain problems in the rooms, ,

Great hotel to stay in Roma in the EUR residential / business district. Short walk from EUR Fermi Metro stop. Lovely breakfast (€10pp). Lunch and dinner also available. Rooms are being incrementally refurbished. It is the old house of a Catholic religious order (Fratelli Maristi) so is quirky in comparison to standard hotels. Crunchy Pizza nearby is great for lunch or dinner. And there is a cake shop nearby to Crunchy Pizza which has lovely torte e cornetti. Also good supermercato nearby. It's very quiet. The choice for breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. The hotel is only a short walk to the nearest metro station and you can be in central Rome in 30 minutes

Location to the metro was good. Location to local facilities was great. Good choice at breakfast, friendly staff who were great at communicating with before our very late arrival.
