We were welcomed by Aryan who was so kind and gave us time to refresh before showing us our room. The room was exactly as described on the booking, with wonderful little touches such as some sweets for my daughter and water bottles to keep. Breakfast was a delicious spread of pastries, fruits and yoghurts, and access to the coffee machine was available any time. We really couldn't have asked for a better stay and have recommended it to our italian relatives for when they have guests to stay in Rome

The staff were friendly and accessible, clean rooms, continental breakfast and a coffee machine with snacks available 24/7. Hotel is in the Trastevere area which is a bohemian non touristy area and the best place to find authentic Italian cuisine amongst other foods!!The hotel is able to provide recommendations. The Tiber river runs along it. Several buses can get you to the hotel easily. Bus no.75 from Termini takes you to the hotel. Buses 23 and 280 take you to the city centre for the sights. You can also take tram 3 which we did not take. The underground B/B1 take you to Piramides station which is a 14 minute walk to the hotel.

The hosts of the Vespucci Palace were so lovely and helpful! Delicious fresh croissants for breakfast every morning! The bed in our room was very comfortable, which was perfect after long days of walking around!

The room was really comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic, but on the upside, there is coffee and fruit available all day. Staff were friendly. The bathroom lacked heating and the staff didn't seem to know how to work thee towel warmer. Faint smell of cigarettes in the room - but everyone smokes in Italy so maybe this is unavoidable. Not too noisy (great heavy windows) given that the hotel is located on a very busy street.

Very kind staff. They were absolutely incredible, very helpful at all times. Cleanliness was on to. Our room was cleaned everyday. Definitely worth the money. Although breakfasts were not that big, you’ll be pleased with it. We also really liked the coffee machine. You can make a coffee for yourself at any times. We received a bottle of prossecco as a gift (also very kind of staff😊)
