Modern and clean, appreciated having a lift given it was on the 3rd floor. Amazing bathroom facilities.

It is a great location with a supermarket and metro handy. The kitchen was a nice touch although felt a bit awkward to use during staffed hours.

Mrs Arianna and her colleague were very helpful. Even though we missed the check-in time, they didn't make it a problem. They have not any problem if be informed them in advance, and they also allowed us to leave our belongings for a while when we left. They gave us a map and suggestions. Apart from that, the room was clean, big enough, everything was in good condition. The location was very close to public transport and historical buildings. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Thank you very much.

The place is very clean. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate. The room is quite big and the shower also. It is located very close to the Colosseum (ten minutes walk) and the central rail station.

Thanks Marco for your hospitality. Everything was wonderful. Very clean and spacious room. Excellent location (located close to the station and many attractions). The Colosseum is a leisurely 20 minutes away. Metro 10 min walk. Supermarket 3 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We were able to leave our luggage until the evening and go for a walk, since we had a plane in the evening. Of the little things that I would like you to improve. For the kitchen, buy several glasses for wine after a hot day, and a knife so that you can cut fruit. And unfortunately the soap container in our room was empty. Everything else is great! We will definitely come back!
