Excellent communication from Renato with full instructions for checking in late evening. Very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, A/C, and good WiFi. There is slight confusion about the description of 'coffee shop' on site. This, in fact, was a tea and coffee-making station with kettle and coffee machine on the communal landing. 4 minute walk to Metro (Ottaviano) and excellent cafe for breakfast. Gusto restaurant also highly recommended.

Comfortable and clean apartments. Looking better than in the pictures. Daily room service. Good insulation from outside street noise. Excellent location, walking distance to Vatican City. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.

We’ve really enjoyed our time here, the room was super clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and location is great (far from the street noise, and quite close to main attractions). Staff is friendly and welcoming. Recommended 🙌

Spacious and cozy room. Conveniently located near the metro station and the Vatican. Responsible and friendly staff – the shower handle was broken, but they came and fixed it within a few hours. Finally: I’d rate it a 10/10, my wife rates it 8/10.

The location was excellent. 5mins walk from metro station, 10 min walk from Vatican City, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very spacious, clean and room was big enough.

we had no breakfast, but a kettle, biscuits and tea were available for guests, so one could start the day at the property and have breakfast in the city later. The fridge in the room is ok for a snack or breakfast items.
