Location is very good next to train station and all monuments. Bathrooms are renovated well.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was amazing, including a sauna which was a fabulous way to start the day. We walked to all the major tourist attractions without any problems, took about 20 mins to get to the coliseum, and it’s only a 5 minute taxi ride to Termini. Adriana was very helpful, even took the time to walk us to the nearest taxi stand.

Great guesthouse, very clean and comfortable near to villa Borghese, Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi. The owners are very kind.

Easy walk - 15 mins from Termini train station Surprisingly quiet room (rare in Rome). Clean & easy to reach all tourist attractions especially the Spanish Steps & Trevi fountain. We walked everywhere. Plenty of restaurants, pizzaria, cafe all nearby including Coop supermarket. Yes, a sauna in the big bathroom, We used it once, excellent. A coffee machine & fridge in the room too. The host - Sergio was very nice, we contacted him upon arrival, he arrived in 2 seconds to give us the key. Faster than light? haha We recommend.
