"Excellent Location, Mixed Service Experience The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the area, with top attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was varied, and most staff members were friendly. However, we encountered one receptionist who was unexpectedly rude and lacking in empathy. As customer service is crucial, I hope the management will address this issue. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and with improved service, this hotel has great potential."

For 7euro the Buffett breakfast was great value. Lots to choose from in great setting. Very much a “continental “ breakfast.

The Trevi Beau is a delightful hotel situated in a busy neighbourhood with Trevi fountain a few steps from the door. The breakfast was fabulous. Room 206 was comfortable and serviced daily.

Everything. The staff spoke good English - we have no Italian - and were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were generous and excellent. Our room change was very efficiently achieved. And the location was very close to the Trevi fountain, and hence excellent. And a great restaurant next door, with a really interesting menu, and good food. All lovely people, who carried our suitcases to the taxi, and lined up to say goodbye. We shall return!
