Our family room was a fantastic size, location was excellent to explore and loads of restaurants near the hotel. The staff were brilliant. Great recommendations for places to eat and always my kids smile

Staff were amazing. Tiger at reception was brilliant. He booked are taxis, let us use the bathroom when we arrived as we arrived early morning so not able to check in. Left are luggage had a wonder came back and he let us check in early. Other hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Apartment was big and the bed was very comfortable. Great location for seeing the sights, lovely balcony to people watch. Staff cleaned the room everyday. Our apartment wasn’t attached to the hotel it was a 2 min walk away, but this wasn’t an issue at all. A few down sides, air conditioning wasn’t working, shower pressure was very low and on the last day there was no hot water, Room could do with redecorating as there is black mould around the window. When we complained Tiger was extremely apologetics and he reduced are bill. Overall it’s a great little hotel, we would definitely come back but ask for a different room.

The location was great, for exploring the city, guess the steep price is due to proximity to Trevi Fountain. Excellent eating places in the area. The room was a good size for a family of 3, loved that it had an extra single bed and my daughter was comfortable.

Location is excellent, literally a few minutes from Trevi fountain. All staff we encountered were lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Delivered to your room. Also had tea/coffee/kettle as well as hairdryer in the room. All sites other than Basilica and Vatican City are within 20min walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and bars/pharmacy right outside. Was not noisy either considering how close to everything it is. Lots of plug sockets and hangers in the cupboard.

The Location was amazing 2 mins from the Trevi Fountain. The room was very comfortable, very clean. It was a little noise from the hustle and bustle outside, but not really problem.
