If you arrive late you'll need to wait 5 minutes for a person to arrive. You can get into the lobby as there are a lot of people coming and going in the apartment block. Phone up as there will not be anybody to hear the apartment bell. The room was great, clean, and comfortable. Make sure you have 2 pillows as mine was very flat. The breakfast is great, and I was given a pen and keychain. I am only here for 1 night as I am catching a bus, so it is a layover nit visiting Rome. If you're on a budget, then it is an 11-minute drive from the main train station. €11 ish. Get in the taxi queue asap. That seems the best/ fastest way to get on.

The staff were amazing and I’d definitely stay there again.Donnatella was amazing and waited for me out the front as it was dark and by myself I was scared. Close to Tiburtina train, which has direct line to airport & metro subway, supermarket across road. Pleasant staff, clean room & comfortable bed.

Very close to Tiburtina station. Great breakfast. And because I had to leave early on the second day, I already got it the evening before. Great value for low (by Rome standards) money.

I ended with mixed feelings about this stay. The accommodation was very clean and conveniently located, but not as described / pictured. The listing clearly states terrace and city views, but this is not the case. The pictures showed a nicely lit 'basic single' room with bright decor, but it was grey and dark feeling with a small window into an external part of the apartment complex. It's a single bed with nice bedding and reasonably comfortable, but the smallest possible 'single' of 80cm wide (90cm is common in many places, also Italy). There was a self check in, but the instructions were not clear, and I had trouble opening the main door. Finding the apartment was also a real challenge once inside. I am sure the instructions made sense to the owner, but for me, a first time visitor, it was not easy. I see others have had similar issues, but the owner seems to 'blame' those staying and the interactions were not pleasant. In my case, telling me that the instructions are clear and to read them again, and that I must have pressed the door button "too long" when it didn't work for me. In other cases, that the person staying must have read the listing incorrectly (eg. Re terrace and city views) but it still does / did state that at the time of my stay. A lot of the issues seem to come down to communication. Some may understand the messaging easily, but I didn't and was made to feel I am at fault somehow, though I don't usually have comprehension issues.
