All Staff were exceptional, they were attentive, polite and willing to assist at all turns. They truly made this visit special. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was well located, 10 minutes from central train station.

It’s like a home away from home. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Unlike the hotel we are currently in in Turin ( seperate review to follow) Looking forward to getting back to Liberty Hotel in a few days

More than anything, the Staff! The most friendly and loveliest people. The two ladies on Reception, Jenny and Janine (apologies if this is not their names) were so so kind. They were extremely helpful and my children absolutely loved them and couldn’t stop speaking about them. So much so that they would want to rush to see them in the mornings and rush back to the hotel to see catch them before they finished their shift. The food at breakfast was nice too and the staff really friendly too. The Hotel was also located a stones throw from everything which meant the taxis were reasonably priced and the walk to the train station was easy.

This was a marvelous hotel. THe rooms and bathrooms were clean and coffee and (chesp) minibar was a real addition. the hotel is quite newly refurbished and it shows. Room cleaning was great. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. what really impressed us was the high ceilings of the rooms on the ground floor which made the rooms feel verrryyy spacious. the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.Most approachable. Many restaurants in the area and didnt have to go far at nights for a good meal.

Great hospitality and extremely helpful stuff with transport, directions and when they observed that some of us were skipping breakfast, they volunteered to pack breakfast for them. Such a warm crew!!!

Location was great, and staff were so hospitable and helpful. We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and they were so sweet to offer us champagne and a lovely hand written note upon our arrival. Thank you for the lovely stay.

A booking at short notice but we were very lucky to stumble on such an awesome establishment. Staff went above and beyond in all aspects. Amazing breakfast.
