Wonderful Spa area, calm and relaxing and the staff do their utmost to make you feel comfortable. Tried the Persian rose massage package which was wonderful and could then relax in the salt crystal room for a replenishing experience. We were upgraded to a superior room when we arrived as they knew it was my birthday. Very good breakfast variety with cakes, vegetables, cooked meats and cheeses, which also has a small terrace so it's lovely during a sunny day. Best part is the location, very central but in a quiet street, close to main station (Termini), restaurants, and opera house, and the metro and buses get you anywhere. Will come back and stay at this hotel if we return to Rome.

Very comfortable stay! It was a spacious, nice room with good noise isolation. Hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to all main attractions. What was most liked - staff. Super friendly, always helpful, thinking one step ahead of you. The young reception lady with dark hair (can’t remember the name, my apologies), she answered all my quite unique questions before I asked them! Thank you!🤩

We were able to check in early which was great as we had an early flight. All the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable & the rooms were lovely and clean.

close to Termini station, 8-10 min walk our room A23 was spacious and comfortable clean room and soothing colors staff was helpful and welcoming

A recently refurbished hotel that also has a spa , rooftop restaurant and conference facilities We often are in Rome for a day or two and like to be near the station Which this hotel is. When we arrived the staff were great and when I asked for a room they found one at no extra cost and with very efficient kindness Francesca on the front desk was particularly helpful arranging a car and a slightly later checkout We arrived about 3.30pm but the bar / restaurant on the top floor was open with a range of food even though it was late. The food quality and price were also remarkable Unless you pay a lot of money it is rare to get such a great experience Thanks to all the staff we hope to use the hotel again when in Rome
