Our stay was very nice and comfortable. Super close to the train station, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The bus stop is a ONE minute walk which can take you right into the center of Rome. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Vatican. The breakfast is continental style which was fine. Lots of coffee, fruit and snacks that were available anytime. Building felt safe. Rooms were up on the second level. There is an elevator as well as stairs. You need three different keys to get into your room. One for the Building, one for the main entrance of the B&B and one for the room.

Good communication with staff .We were given good instructions for check in. Both guys spoke good English. Room was perfectly cleaned each day. Bed was very comfortable. Plentiful breakfast items for self service. Bus stop just outside the front door. Walking distance to train.

We loved how close this was to vatican city and the homeliness about it. It was on a main road and close to several restaurants. We also loved the hospitality shown by the manager. He went the extra mile by checking in with our travel plans, providing directions, tourist map and also arranging last minute taxi services to the airport. All we needed was a good place to sleep while we visited Rome and this was more than enough to suit our needs and budget, thank you very much!

View the roof of Basilica di San Pietro from the balcony. It means the location is very nice. There are inside parking spaces to park securely near the hotel.

It was perfect, in walking distance of the Vatican City, a bus right out the front that was a 10min ride to the centre of Rome…..just perfect.
