The team taking care of us were exceptional. Genuine and friendly. Helped us with navigation tips and dining suggestions. Offered us upgrade in room (classic double) as our room was too tiny to allow unpacking of our suitcase. Special mention to Gly, Mark and Dave for their service with a smile.

Location excellent for sightseeing and going out for dinner. Staff very friendly, especially the breakfast team and the receptionist. Large bedroom which was one of our main criteria’s. Room and bathroom clean.

The location is great, very central but calm at night. The room is big, everything is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are great, they are all very friendly and willing to help at any time!

The hotel itself was lovely. Thoughtfully decorated, comfortable & spacious rooms with great shower and AC. The staff were exceptional - so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is located between the Travis Fountain and Pantheon, so very central. Great breakfast - lots of choices. Mark & his family members and the rest of the staff were so helpful and made our stay feel like home! Almost forgot to mention the brilliant roof terrace, with a bar. Lovely for a pre-dinner drink. Will definitely return!

The location from this hotel is really one of the best points as its walking distance from most of everything. Great places to eat around and excellent helpful staff.
