The location is direct to the central Train Station. So perfect for when traveling by train. Also easy access to city center. Apartment / the Room is all what you need for a few nights in Rome. AC Works good. Shower works perfect, allways warm water. Windows are very sound proof. Communication with host was very good. Also we could leave our luggage earlier (before check in) in the room.

Location is exellent. Next to Metro, trains and buses. Close to food and drinks. You can get to every site you want to visit 100m from the front door with day trip hop on - hop off buses.

Great location to the staton for our purpose of traveling out the next day. Basic room with all that you need, staff were kind and responded quickly. Overall a pleasant stay for the night.

The location was very convenient even though the area didn’t feel the safest (near the central station). It was very well connected with the city center and the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed (electric kettle, tea bags, toilet paper, soap, towels, blowdryer and even corkscrew). Cleaning of the room occured every day of our stay. We were offered early key pick up and we could leave our bags there. We were overall satisfied with the room itself.

Location is good. Rooms are clean as one needs. Additions like room slipper will help. Coffee packs were missing, only tea. This can be improved. Good and supportive staff.

Regular appartment converted into a guest house. Super chance to experience local residing aspects: urban multi-block building, old elevator, small inner garden. Accomodation is available via WhatsApp which is very convenient for communication and detailed instruction. Close to Termini station. Payment in cash. Don't expect five-star fancy hotel and you will greatly enjoy your stay.
