Room was large, freshly painted, very clean, comfortable large king bed. Staff excellent, so helpful and polite. Location very good, short walk to central station, supermarkets and restaurants. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Robbie and Staff.

I liked the hospitality, the bed was comfortable and warm and a nice TV, furthermore the location is excellent, in the center of Rome, near the Termini station

Owners and staff very helpful, location 3 blocks from train and bus station on a quiet street with restaurants, cafe’s and a market with fresh fruits Monday to Friday. Room new, very clean, bathroom excellent with lots of hot water.

We recommend this hotel. It is clean and nice. Stuff is very pleasant and generous. The location is great. Termini is 5 minutes far away. Near there are also few excellent local restaurants, pasteries and bars....

Great stay in a good location a few minutes walk away from Termini train station and connection to metro, bus and trains. That was the highlight for us as we pretty much walked everywhere - the accommodation is around 35-40 minutes walk from Trastevere neighbourhood and the same for the Pantheon area which was very convenient. Sunny was very accommodating and communication was great, there was a small issue with the check in because of an error on our part and he was patient and stayed late for us in order to sort the matter. The family apartment we had was everything we needed for our 4 night stay, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were changed daily which was a bonus. The area itself was quiet which I didn't expect given the location, so we slept very well. It's definitely value for money and you get what you pay for but we have nothing to complain about! The building itself was well maintained and felt very safe. There was a microwave and a kettle with option of making a free tea/ coffee in the hallway entrance. Note that the apartment is on the 4th floor so the lift will be your best friend unless you're happy to take the stairs. We loved the little café across the street (literally seconds away from the exit of the building). Overall would recommend for the good price and location and prompt communication of the staff!
