The location is perfect and the reception was friendly. There are sweets available in the room. You can make your own coffee and use the kitchen.

very nice hospitality, Jacopo was very helpful and informative. The location was handy being so close to the Vatican city. we walked there everyday. Bed was comfy and they let you leave your luggage there before check in.

Location was really good: in immediate vecinity of Vatican (you´ll beat the queues in the morning), and in great neighborhoud for dining (Prati). Also, close to SIT bus stop to/from Airport (7 EUR). Breakfast was limited (basket in the room with coffee pad, biscuits, some spreadings) but great for early and quick start of the day.

Great location close to the Vatican and Castel St Angelo and everything else - shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets. All you needed. The Host and housekeeper were both very helpful and accommodating. Will be recommending to friends and family.

The location is excellent. This is an appartement what is coverted to a 3 room BnB let me say. The breakfast is only sweet and coffe capsule (2-3 pcs), what you can use in the common kitchen in the middle of the appartement. The breakfast is every day refilled inside the room. They filled the shower and shampoo every day. Cleaning every day. The house owner and the stuff is very helpful and kind. Help us out all the time we had a question. In the common kitchen area there is a fridge, so you can store your food / drink. There is a washmachine, but we not asked if we can use it.

Good location near the Vatican, friendly host and very sizeable room with everything I needed for a 2-night stay. Breakfast was included and being able to use the kitchen was a big plus.
