The location is perfect: it is in the SAN GIOVANNI area, which lacks nothing. There are plenty of stores, and restaurants, and the metro is very near. I slept well at night because it was very quiet. You must get a room facing the back courtyard. The space was very, very clean! My room was very large and heating was available. Nice shower space with great hot water! The owner Stefano was very kind and available. I will definitely return if I have the chance to do so.

Lovely stay close to the city centre. Wonderful host, really helpful, very responsive and kind. Minutes away from Re di Roma Metro station, excellent neighbourhood, loved the sfogliatellas and cappuccinos. Cozy, warm room, decently sized bed and great mattress, excellently cleaned bathroom and quick in and out system. Would return anytime.

Great location, 2km from the Colloseum, which was the advantage especially with transport strike and not having any public transportation. Also the area feels safe and comfortable with restaurants, shops and caffees. The host is very kind and friendly. The room is small but comfortable.

The hospitality of the owner and the cleanliness of the place. The place can be reached easily by the metro. There was a small bar nearby which offered good snacks and excellent coffee. Also, a minimarket was also in the vicinity.

Simple room with bathroom - everything you need if you are traveling to Rome for landmarks. We only slept in the room - because we didnt need anything else. Metro station is very near, coffe shop on street floor - awesome. 20 minutes to Coloseum..

Well located with a nice cafe on the ground floor and the nearest metro station is 5 minutes on foot. The linen and bathroom were nice and clean. The kitchen in the apartment is well-equipped.
