Dianne was the first person who greeted us and she is incredible. What a beautiful friendly soul. Loved the hotel. We didn't use any extra facilities. We enjoyed breakfast which was so fresh and the presentation was lush x The location is perfect literally a stone throw from the Spanish steps x

Hotel room was amazing and ordering breakfast by ipad was so cool! It would’ve been very romantic trip if my boyfriend didn’t break up with me :( At least i cried in bathtub

Nice Room but it could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast was amazing. Location was good. Check in wasn’t the best as not everything was explained. It took us until the last night to realise the mini bar was behind the mirror and then we didn’t know what we could use from there as this wasn’t mentioned during check in. We stayed 4 nights. But didn’t have a great sleep for 2 of these due to loud music below us. On the 2nd night we messaged the what’s app number around 3am and then the music stopped. We were then woken early with loud music again one of the mornings so the rooms are not sound proof. The daily maid service and breakfast service were a lovely touch and staff were very friendly however when looking closely in the room the cleaning was not to my standards. The shower glass wasn’t clean and the mesh above the bed was dusty, dust on tops of curtains. We added a bubbles bath package which we didn’t feel was very good value for money and was just a few strawberries and a half size bottle of fizz. Had the wine in the wine fridge been a more reasonable price we would have been likely to drink some. Overall our stay was okay but for what we paid we don’t think we would stay again as it was quite expensive for what it was.

Great location! 2 minute walk from the Spanish steps and 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain. Got an upgraded room with balcony at no extra cost. Room service for breakfast. Clean bed sheets every day and the hot tub was amazing! All friendly staff.
