Only superlatives! First of all, host Giulia is lovely, communicative and helpful person. We enjoyed very much chats with her and having tasty breakfasts she prepared every day. The appartment is very clean and comfortable. Perfect location within 10 mins proximity to the Saint Peter’s, bus stop and train station, many good bars, bakeries and restaurants.

The host, Giulia, is very kind and helpful. She goes the extra mile for her guests. The room was clean with breakfast included and delicious and the location is close to the public transport stations.

Julia made us feel at home . She is very caring and looks after all needs. Rome was a little over whelming for us but she helped ease the concerns.

Our trip to Rome was a celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. We chose St. Peter's Luxury Rooms for it's convenience to The Vatican and Rome's sights and it's good value. We have to say it is absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived to the day we left it just felt like a home from home. We received a warm welcome from our host Giulia, who is such a lovely lady. The room was spotless and the bed one of the most comfortable we have slept in. Giulia made breakfast for us each morning which set us up for the day. She gave us great advice on local restaurants and public transport. But what really made our stay special was when Giulia reserved a table for us at a local restaurant, on our anniversary. We had a beautiful meal and the staff treated us like royalty. We can't speak highly enough of the accommodation and Giulia's hospitality makes this a special place. We would have no hesitation in recommending St. Peter's Luxury Rooms.

Giulia was an outstanding host, making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She is incredibly warm and friendly, and made us the perfect breakfast each morning which set us up for our busy days in Rome. She even got my partner a cake for his birthday - we honestly couldn't have asked for a nicer host, she went above and beyond for us :) In addition, the room was immaculate, clean and perfect for our stay. Air conditioning was a life saver, as it was very warm when we were in Rome!

We had a lovely stay at St. Peters Luxury Rooms. The room was clean and the host was very kind. Only a 5 minute walk away from the Vatican. We would definitely recommend.

The prepared breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room is so nice, clean and comfy. The location is so near to Vatican City and it is 10 to 15 minutes walk. It is also very accessible to transportation, shops and restaurants. We had a very great time during our stay there because of how Ms. Giulia takes care of us.

thank you for lovely time and taking care of us with love. we couldn't have asked for a better place and breakfast. maybe one day I will learn how to make such excellent fried eggs:). the accommodation was also located in a great location and had the most comfy beds. hope to see you again (simona&matus)
