Flexibility and kindness. The lady extended our check out time when she has heard that we are going for a concert and will be back late.

The staff was very gently and helpful in about everything we needed...the rooms were clean and arranged every day...there was always coffee to make and something for breakfast..hot water all the time...and of course the area around offers the metro station ottaviano in 20 steps away, shops for souvenir, really good food and of course gelato...thanks for everything...I strongly recommend it...
