The staff was friendly even if they didn't speak English very well. The room was clean and the staff cleaned every day. It's worth it because it's close to Termini station and close to just about every attraction in Rome.

The location is fantastic – close to main attractions, yet in a quiet area, good for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The price was reasonable for the quality and convenience it offers.

The place was clean, the hotel shares the building with other hotels so there was someone somewhere at all times, it made it feel safer. Even though the location might be a little dangerous due to being so close to the central train station, hotel itself and it's surrounding area felt safe. It's really convenient if you are travelling with train due to location, it's 30 minute walking distance to the colosseum. Almost everything touristy in Rome is within 1 hour walking distance. We had a little A/C problem in our room and we had to rush out in the morning, we let the front desk know about it when we came back in the night and we saw that it was already fixed when we entered our room. Staff is helpful and kind.

Nice place, in old Building. 5 min walk from Termini Station, same distance to busses and metro. Close couple of nice restaurant with good prices. Minimarket on a sidewalk 2 m from the entrance. There is a lift in the builiding.

Room was in an older building and gave some character. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. The usb plugs by the bedside were a nice addition.
