Hello. I would like to share with you my impressions of staying in this place. The most important thing is that the owner is very helpful and friendly. You also have to bear in mind that this place has several levels of security that will make you feel calm and relaxed, without worrying about anything. The room I booked was clean and fragrant. Hard beds, hot water in the bathroom. There is air conditioning and heating. Italian TV. Fast and free internet is available. You have a coffee machine and mineral water that can be carbonated. This location has a great advantage that on foot you have access to all the sightseeing places in Rome as well as shops, restaurants and entertainment places.

Host is very friendly and hospitable, gives a tonne of recommendations for nearby attractions, restaurants and services. Complementary coffee and a simple croissant was also generously included.

The place was very close to main attraction like coloseum or di trevi fountain. The room was clean and cosy. The owner is really hospitable. The stay was enjoyable and we’ll definitely come back.

The location !!! I mean I am a simple guy and I like to have the minimum, but the location was very nice since you had coffee shops for breakfast, transport (Metro and Buses), 3 nice Restaurants, Colosseum 12 mn away on foot. Regarding the room it had everything and was always clean, and I really would recommend this place ! From the outside you might get the feeling of not belonging but the location as mentioned is secure, well-connected and most importantly the outside of the building is not something I would look after when searching for an accommodation The Owner was more than helpful. Like seriously these persons are extremely rare, and he even helped us choose restaurant and book taxis when we had to go a bit early to the airport.

Giordano is an excellent host! Kind, considerate, informative. Comfortable bed, clean, so close to my conference venue of Auditorium Antonianum and bus stop and metro. Room cleaned daily. Small kitchen with shared fridge, coffee machine and water machine and microwave is a great bonus. Plus the complimentary juice and packaged croissant-type items were so appreciated ! Giordano’s restaurant recommendations were also so helpful and delicious!

The room was very nice, clean our host Giordani gave us a lot of useful information, recommendations for restaurant, pizzeria, interesting places for visit, we had coffe and water for free in the small kitchen. Very good location, close to Colosseum, close to metro station, bus station.
