The property was clean, cozy, and well-located. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable, and the decor created a pleasant atmosphere.

It was clean and we all felt very safe, we liked the style of the building and croissants in the morning. There are 3 bathrooms with makes it easy to access even with all rooms being booked at the same time Beds were very soft I would definitely come back if traveling to Rome in group of friends, or for marathon like we did now It's so close to coloseum and forum romanum <around 25 min> We were moving on foot and it took us 1,5h to get to Vatican from the room (we stopped a lot for pictures, you can do it in an hour)

The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the city center, making it very convenient. Safety was never a concern, as the hotel felt secure at all times. I would rate my stay a perfect 10, especially for the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had reliable hot water, and the kitchen was comfortable, allowing guests to store items in the fridge and enjoy breakfast. What stood out the most was the owner one of the kindest and most polite people I have ever met. He was always available, promptly answering any questions and ensuring we had everything we needed. His hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome who wants a comfortable and worry-free experience.

Cheap, Clean, great breakfast, some odd or scary noises in the night coming from outside but overall a great experience in a very central location close to the Colosseum.

I believe it is a very good budget option for Rome. 5 minutes walk to the major metro line, 10 minutes to the train station. Some attractions are also reachable by foot. It is a non-touristic area itself, which is great because instead of countless tourist-traps in the historical center you have a selection of normal local eateries. Just across the street there is a huge farmers market for fresh produce and cheese and all, excellent choice for breakfast. Across the railway there is Quartiere San Lorenzo — a hip bar district. My only complaint: I wish there were better blankets, it is quite fresh in the winter time.

It was at the perfect location, especially if you’re foreigner and need to get to the airport! Like 8 minutes away from the bus station that is direct to the airport. Also really, really close to the coliseum. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to go.
