Everything was perfect the room was quiet we slept like a baby. However, before departure the owner promised us to keep our luggages until 4PM on the day of checking out but we were told the different a day before when we asked, we ended up have to send our luggages to Termini area. We wish we could have been informed earlier for better arrangement.

I would highly recommend Santa Monica Townhouse. The lady on reception- Rodica was very nice and helpful. Location is good, room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there.

Very helpful staff, good location in a residential neighbourhood, very clean, good facilities, easy access to both bus and metro station ( Lepanto), local supermarkets nearby, good restaurants within a short walk. Close to the Vatican (10 min walk), Piazza del Poppolo is also within 20 min walking distance (bus to Pompeii start from here).

The staff was very nice! Easy to get to the airport since the metro was so close. You have to do a bit of walking to get to some areas in the city, but Prati was a calm and genuine neighborhood.

Spotless. Great location. Very friendly staff. Very good aircon. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn’t work ( they did try to resolve the problem). The bedroom is at the back, so comparatively quiet. I slept on the comfortable sofa bed in the front room which faces onto a busy road. As I’m a light sleeper, I didn’t sleep well. However, I do accept that all city’s are noisy places, and the apartment does have double glazing. As this apartment is on the second floor, and access is via a very beautiful but never ending staircase, it would be unsuitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. There is a lift, but it is tiny.

Great property with all the essentials. Beautiful old building with lovely high ceilings. Location was great, quiet and felt very safe. Close to all major landmarks and public transport. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional overall experience! Clean, comfy, good AC, very clean bathroom, coffee, tea and snacks top up daily. We were even able to leave our luggage at the place after the check out, so we can enjoy the city till our late afternoon flight. Will come back for sure!

We stayed in the apartment on the 2nd floor which is really big, beautiful, cool, and also very comfortable. There is a big fridge and plenty of space to relax. In addition to that the location is just perfect and nearby very nice restaurants and the bus/metro. The host is super kind. So we really recommend staying here when visiting Rome.
