We liked this room a lot, there was even a balcony in the one we were staying. Located right next to the Termini station makes it very approchable to enter from the airport, Colosseum and other points of interest are located within walking zone, except Vatican but metro station is few minutes from the room. Staff were very kind, we asked them if we could leave our bags because we will be coming earlier, and they said of couse, but even better they let us check in 2 and a half hours early.

Beautiful, clean, modern room, close to Roma Termini. Window to backyard, no noise from the streets. You can walk anywhere even though it’s not located in the very core of the city‘s historic center. Very kind host!

Very nice and really clean room. Bathroom like new. In addition, we got a balcony. Great location, everywhere close, we did not have to use transportation. Hosts wonderful, great contact, told us where to go and have breakfast. Next time in Rome I will also stay there for sure. I definitely recommend! :)

Excellent location, it was very close to the train station and the metro. Marco was fantastic, explaining everything to us on check-in in relation to what activities were around the city and how to get there. The room was very comfortable and the added bonus was having the fridge.
