The room was cosy and clean with all the essentials provided. Water bottles in the room is a nice addition. Also, had a check-in in later hours and the process was clearly explained and went smoothly. Grazie mille!

The location was good, only 5 minutes walk away from the Mestre. Colloseum was also only a 15 minute walk away, plus a good network of busses connecting to the rest of the main attractions!

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a blessing with the exceptional heat. It was very easy to get to from the train station. The rooms were very private and Roberto was easy to contact with any questions. The Metro was not running, however we were able to get everywhere we wanted on foot and certainly fitted a lot into our two days there.

The host - Roberto is very helpful and friendly person. If you don’t have idea what to visit in Rome he definitely helps you. Check-in hours are flexible and it is a big advantage. Localization is excellent: close to Roma Termini, metro and city center with the most popular attractions. The room is very clean and nice. I had beautiful view of the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore.
